A 20-year veteran of Florida Real Estate industry with competencies in sales, maintenance, construction, and community association management Denis Rudnev is defined by his diverse set of knowledge. Throughout the year he has engaged with over a billion dollars of Florida real estate and has firsthand knowledge of all its aspects. Denis Rudnev holds a master’s degree in business as well as formal training, licenses, and certifications within the real estate industry. He has served as a trustee of the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach an 850-year-old cultural treasure. He has experience in dealing with complex endeavors involving construction, zoning and code compliance, municipalities, condominium, and homeowners’ associations, and more. Well recognized in the industry and municipalities, and with intimate knowledge of both his resources are wide reaching and his clints are never on their own.
