Biography

Harry J. Moraitis brings a broad spectrum of experience in the real estate industry. Holding real estate licenses in both Florida and Massachusetts for thirty-five years. He is responsible for the sale of over $900,000,000 in real estate.  A consistent multi-million-dollar seller of real estate his real estate sales and knowledge go far beyond that of other top producing brokers.

Over the years he has been recruited by two banking institutions to take over their Real Estate Owned departments and in both instances developed and sold real estate of all types stabilizing both institutions yielding the recapitalization of each based on his performance.

He has been on the Board of Directors of two financial institutions, was appointed, by the mayor of Boston, to the country’s most respected architectural commission: The Back Bay Architectural Commission. He serves on the Board of Directors of Season’s Hospice, the fourth largest hospice company in the country as well as many charitable entities.

His specialty is multimillion-dollar properties and has a lifetime of experience selling, negotiating, understanding, and socializing with these buyers and sellers.
